餌：小魚、甲殻類、大型昆虫。浅瀬で獲物を捕まえ、足を走らせたりシャッフルしたりしますが、じっと立って獲物を待ち伏せするのを待ちます。

事実：繁殖期には、ユキコサギの成虫は背中、首、頭に長くてかすかな羽毛を発達させます。 オスとメスのユキコサギが交代で卵を孵化させる

Identification: These medium-sized birds are a stunning white with a long black bill, thin black legs, and yellow feet. But also have a patch of yellow skin at the base of the bill

Food: Small fish, crustaceans, and large insects  stalk prey in shallow water, often running or shuffling their feet but will also stand still and wait to ambush prey

Facts: During the breeding season, adult Snowy Egrets develop long, wispy feathers on their backs, necks, and heads. Male and female Snowy Egrets take turns incubating their eggs
